There are a variety of ways you can get involved in the Campaign:
FUNDRAISE
Grab a wig, legal or wacky, and commit to wearing it while you work, study or play on February 25th. Signing up for the Flip Your Wig for Justice fundraiser is easy:
- You can join the campaign as an individual or create a new team.
- Already have a team in mind you would like to join? Look them up using the Find a Team or Person button on the campaign’s fundraising page. Join the team and set up your personal profile.
- Let your colleagues, friends and family know that you’ve signed up to fundraise. Send them to your personal fundraising page, where they can pledge their support!
DONATE
Perhaps the wig isn’t your thing, or donning one on February 25th is really out of the question. You can still contribute to the campaign by making a donation. This year, we are asking legal professionals to donate the equivalent of one billable hour (#OneBillableHour) in support of the access to justice efforts of the five Flip Your Wig organizations.
LEARN
Access to justice challenges are complex. Take some time to learn more about the problem. If you are a student or an educator, contact us about running the A2J Simulation Workshop in your classroom or on campus. Lawyers and paralegals can register for our LSUC-accredited Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program. (Program details coming soon!)
SHARE
Innovative solutions arise when people with different perspectives join the conversation. Help us get more people talking about access to justice and the ways in which we can address the current crisis. Follow us on twitter, check out our blog and share this information with your network. Have something to say? Contact us about writing a guest post or becoming a Flip Your Wig Ambassador.
